What is KPosh?
A small gift shop for curious people. We make lovely, clever, thoughtful gifts for the ones you love: the friend who lights up at a nerdy joke, the partner who loves a clever pun, the person who’s hard to shop for. Nicely made, useful, with a little spark of joy to discover.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it’s on its way. A few made-to-order styles take a little longer, since they’re printed just for you.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States for now. Want us somewhere else? Email us, we’re expanding.
How much is shipping?
A flat $7.95, or free on orders over $50. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Are your items ready to ship?
Most are ready to go, packed and sent with care. A few apparel styles are made to order just for you. Either way, we get it moving quickly and send a tracking link the moment it ships.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days, for unused items in original condition. Made-to-order items can be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. See our Shipping & Returns page for the details.
Do you offer gift options?
Buying for someone special is the whole reason we’re here, so most of what we make is ready to give as-is. If you’d like to add a gift message, add it in the order notes at checkout or email us.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and PayPal, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Everything runs through a secure, encrypted checkout.
How do I track my order?
Check the confirmation email we send when your order ships. It has your tracking link.
