Shipping
Every order is packed and sent with a little care before it heads out.
- Processing & dispatch: most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. A few made-to-order styles are printed just for you, so they sit at the longer end.
- Where we ship: the United States.
- Shipping cost: a flat $7.95, or free on orders over $50.
- Carrier & transit: USPS, typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
We want you, and whoever you’re giving it to, to truly love it. If something isn’t right:
- Window: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene, drinkware that’s been used can’t be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
- Made-to-order items: because these are printed just for you, they can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.
- Return shipping: for a change of mind, return shipping is on you. If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, it’s on us.
- Refunds: once we receive and check the return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
This one’s on us, no hoops. Email hello@kposh.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
